Holiday Cocktails with Immune Health in Mind

Bask in the glow of your holiday decor, queue up your favorite holiday album, sit back, put your feet up and enjoy some of our IMMUNE-inspired holiday cocktails!

Wai-tini

Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz prosecco or sweet wine
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 packet of Defend
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 leaf basil

Instructions:

  1. Muddle basil in glass.
  2. In a cocktail shaker mix gin, Defend packet, and lemon juice
  3. Shake.
  4. Add prosecco. Pour over ice.

Elder Eve Hot Toddy

Ingredients: 

  • 1 to 1.5 packets of Defend
  • 1 spoonful honey
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 cloves
  • cinnamon stick
  • a small piece of fresh ginger root (1 tsp grated or a few slices)
  • boiling hot water
  • 1 oz whiskey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Grab your favorite mug; rip and pour in the Defend packet(s)
  2. Add fresh ginger root, juice from 1/2 the lemon (or ¼ orange) and whiskey.
  3. Fill the mug with hot water, add a spoonful of honey and stir until it's dissolved.
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a slice of lemon (or orange) with a few cloves tucked in.

Some Like It Hot!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 to 1.5 packets of Defend
  • 8-12 oz. water
  • Slice of orange or lemon

Instructions: 

  1. Heat 8-12 oz. of water.
  2. Rip and mix 1 to 1.5 packets of Defend.
  3. Cut and add a slice of orange or lemon for an extra kick.
  4. Sip and enjoy!
