~~ Fruity/Berry Iced Smoothie~~

Simple, simple, simple! The hardest part here will be having to clean the blender when you’re done.

  • ½ cup water
  • Ice
  • Stick of Defend
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit (if you really want the fruit infusion). 
  • Optional adds: yogurt, sweetener, nuts.

 -------------------------------

  1. Rip, pour stick of Defend* to water and mix.
  2. Add ice.
  3. Blend (add yogurt for a creamier smoothie). 
  4. Pour in glass and enjoy!

If you’re looking for more sweetness – add some honey or maple syrup, or anything else you use to sweeten your usual drinks.
